  Securely place the items in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and the original invoice included to ensure a smooth inspection process.

  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package; please ensure you receive a pickup confirmation receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once your returned items reach our warehouse and pass a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
